Explain the teaching role and responsibilities in education and training. Engaging the learners through an inclusive approach will further help empower students to meet their objectives. By using the differentiated approach while teaching will ensure that no student is left behind and ensure all students reach their full potential. My responsibility as a teacher is to uphold a professional relationship with students, value and support their educational needs. Since every student is different, a teacher must formulate a different strategy to promote inclusive learning. A teacher should possess different styles of learning, listen and assist students to overcome their difficulties in learning.
