It will be hard for me to quit junk food all of a sudden.
To cope with the temptations and challenges stated above;

I will reward myself with a taco bell each week between September 25 and November 5 when I am faithful to my new schedule.
To counter the challenge of walking home on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I will influence my peers who live around me to walk with me. While walking as a group, I will not get tired easily and will not be scared.
I will avoid some of my friends who are addicted to taco bell's and will lure me into breaching my set goals.
The benefits of change are outlined below;
A healthy diet and frequent exercise will improve my immunity against diseases.
Lifestyle diseases such as obesity will be wary of me.
