Dreams are universal experiences which are independent of culture, religion or race but relate to themes, outcomes, and styles that are determined by what an individual participate in life. Sex dreams are a little freaky fantastic experience that at least everyone has ever encountered in their lives. However, there are several, and various sex dreams themes and tropes which outline that some are made to be decidedly less sexy than the others. It is so obvious that women can be so moved by the intimacy feeling to the point of calling their boyfriends just to speculate how they sense due to the freakiest sex dreams that they encounter (Younis et al. 257). For that case, Sex dreams in Married Women is an article written by Ibrahim, Younis, Hasan, Abdelrahim and Mostafa on the frequency, prevalence, drives, and content of women sex dreams especially the married women. The article states that sex dreams are accompanied by nocturnal orgasms mostly in women even though in marriage due to a reflection of their past experiences in love. The article is a journal review on the prevalence, statistics and an analysis of the reasons why married women experience sex dreams.

In a statistic done about the prevalence of sex dreams, Younis et al. (251) found out that among the 211 respondents, a 51.3 % percent of the participants, i.e., 106 respondents admitted having had the occurrence of sex dreams in their life. The strength of the research and response to the questionnaires is that it involved sexual activities, epidemiology of participants and all types of sex dreams. Also, it is of great concern to note that the researchers analyzed the number of occurrence per month and discovered that at times, most women experience sex dreams at least once a month. The number of participants who outlined that the experience the problem at least once per month were about 33 which is a 25.6% of the respondents. On the other hand, the research outlined the exact things that are experienced during sex dreams, and it described that 36% of the respondents dreamt of kissing and which occurs in very familiar places. Also, it outlined different sexual appeals like emotional satisfaction and sexual satisfaction.

To be specific, many women encounter enormous sex dreams that might make them feel like damping the spouses in their current relationships for their first love. However, (Younis et al. ,263) outline that it is no need to dump the existing relationship since sex dreams are normal and the ones involving the first love are the most common in married women. Younis et al. explain that the reason why women get so far connected to sex dreams that involve their first love is due to the position their first love had in their life, the excitement, the passion, the desired attributes they depicted and the dreams they had together. The research had several strengths: it connects the findings to the scientific view of dreams which state that dreams are a consistent neurological occurrence that makes instinctual motor brain to play a central role in generating the past images. For the case of sexual dreams, it creates the past sexual experiences and the pioneers of ones sexual life.

However, as much as people experience different dreams in life, sex dreams raise perennial questions regarding the boundaries of self and one's ability to produce the self. Also, some people see it as a divine intercession, others view it as an immoral life, and many statistics have proven that it is connectedness of recent memories. According to the research, medical report stipulate that having sex in the dark minimizes lust-provoking sexual images

The weakness of this study it did not inspect if the participants of this study also experience other dreams and whether they can remember them the way they remember sex dreams. This study only dealt with erotic dreams hence it may be baseless since it did not involve people from different regions.

The research methods were informed questionnaires that were designed by the research team. The research method was treated with privacy by not attending to the participants one to offer them a good time to communicate what was in their mind. All responses were sealed to minimize any traumatic feelings from that the participants.

Another strength is that the research involved 23 questions that included the assessment of female libido, orgasm, the frequency of intercourse and sexual satisfaction (Younis et al. 251). Also, it assessed sex dreams frequency, scenes, types, the person associated with the dreams, effect on the life and the aftermath feelings. Also, another strength was that the research used SPSS which summarized the results as percentage and frequency.

The discussion of the research shows that sex dreams are because of what the individuals think during the day as a result of lack of trust, love, and confidence in their current partners. According to the analysis of the responses, frequency in cheating may make the individuals reflect on the past thereby ending up with a series of dreams about their first love. Regarding Younis et al. (263), dreams offer an individual subconscious hope, a reflection of what they experience during working hours and a manifestation of their anxieties. Since the most seen processes were kissing that is followed by petting and intimacy, it shows that at one point or the other, the partners may have had feelings of dissatisfaction in their current sexual relationships hence end up connecting the current practices with the past.
