A critical checklist ought to be developed when dealing with hazards in the working environment of any company. This helps in the establishment of surety in safety articulation and order of events within the organization (Buchanan & Abu 2017). A checklists need is based on the fact that through its use, the occurrence of the future loses can be kept at bay from causing the organization future greater loses. Occurrence of losses can lead to a great company loss due to character assassination, loss of trustworthiness and goodwill. Having a clear checklist helps in the achievement of several goals including making sure that all the components of the organization have been checked and accorded efficient management (Dale & James 2015). Organizations whereby cases of fire related to flammable substance explosions form a common phenomenon adopts this checklist which is inclusive when checking the components within the plant that are functional (Schroll, 2016).

Item Date checked Recommendation

All workers within the plant have been satisfactorily skilled on numerous fire hazards. All the correct fire extinguishing systems have been serviced and well advanced Clear illuminated exists have been checked and thing that existing misunderstanding revoked Emergency lights have been tasted and as expected, working No physical leak of the flammable material or any other funny smell in the area. Any case of visible leak has been investigated and critical changes made. Storage areas for flammable equipment have been checked Workers have the information concerning egress means useful for emergencies within their plan. Precarious asepticism testing has been undertaken focusing on vibration, noise and lighting. The correct spaces have been recognized that are adopted in confinement measures. For the case, there if need for the identification of fore assembly points. A clear written program could have been seen at tactical themes of the plant. The employees have an opportunity to read the expectations of an emergency faced within the plant. Automation of important processes within the plants have been made. The automation can be achieved done using robots in places of necessity. The computerized systems have been checked Technical team have knowledge of robot maintenance. Locks within the room of production are checked devoid of breach. Employees are conversant with robotic use in the production process. Fire blankets have been checked with the replacement of over-used ones ordered from the stores department. Employees are skilled to deal with anticipated emergencies and must keep the manuals in anticipation of unforeseen future occurences. Given the above presented checklist, the only character that can be seen is it covers on all the relevant parts of the plant that have a high affinity of causing damages. Its main focus is in identifying critical organizational leaks potentially caused by substances that are used in the production process and patrols. The simplicity with the above list comes with the identification of areas that have the ability of presenting unpredictable cases at the end (Della-Giustina, 2014). Given the list of all the areas examined and checked, the departmental teams of technique ensure that the identified features of the recommendation are given considerations.

Areas that need critical changes are made available to the recommendation in the process. This is facilitated by the identification of the possibility of critical changes within the area. A concise and clear recommendation used in the process of ensuring the workability of everything should be given by the experts (Watts, 2016). An area needing the change of a gadget needs to be listed on the recommendation list to facilitate its acquisition. All these ensures the sustainability of the plant.
