This was my first and favorite birthday. My friend and I celebrated our birthdays on a similar day but at different locations. My birthday party was held at the beach while he decided to hold his at their grandparents home. The beach was sunny, sandy and full of life. We spent one hour playing beach soccer and then we went to the designated venue where the party was to take place. I was amazed to see relatives who were there to surprise me and some friends too were in attendance. Then we went to my parents house with my young friends as we left the older people resting at the beach.
Our plan was only to play hide and seek. I liked my birthday because all my friends gave me many presents, like soccer balls and footballs, shirts, trousers and most importantly, that we spent time together. Your birthday party was fun. A friend of mine told me. A picture is worth than explaining in person since its sight brings about many thought and has mixed feelings since it is self-explanatory.

When I write to friends and family, I often use an informal type of writing. When I write to friends and family, I do not mind making spelling, punctuation and grammatical mistakes. When I write to coworkers, supervisors, and instructors, I often use a formal type of writing. My interaction with my audience changes in a formal setting and an informal setting. In a formal setting, I often ensure that I abide by rules of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. In an informal setting, I often d not care about the rules of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Prior to reading the textbook, I thought plagiarism was only about copy-pasting another persons work. After reading the textbook, I have realized that plagiarism is not only about copy-pasting another persons work but it is also about borrowing ideas from an author without giving the author credit for the borrowed ideas. The knowledge I have gained from the textbook about plagiarism has made to change the approach to my coursework by ensuring that I cite any unoriginal idea that I use in my coursework.

I decided to go back to school because I felt that I was stuck at the same place, academically for many years. I wanted to improve my intelligence and knowledge. I decided to choose online education because I realized that it was more flexible when compared with the conventional education. With online education, a person can learn at his or her pace. A person can arrange his learning schedule as he or she pleases. A person is also able to meet his or her targets at any time. Online education is relatively cheap when compared with conventional education; costs that are involved in online education are slightly lower when compared with costs involved in conventional education.

Patterns of development that I have learned include climactic order (order of importance), topical order, chronological order and spatial order. The climactic order will help me organize my work in the order of importance. The topical order will help me organize my work based on the nature of topic that I will be addressing. The chronological order will ensure that I arrange my ideas and thoughts in the order in which they occurred. The spatial order will ensure that I organize my work in respect to positions and relationships.
