Dear Sir or Madam:I am writing to apply for Master program in Integrated Marketing at the New York University School of Professional Studies starting in spring 2018.

Having carefully researched the respective curriculum and considering growing importance of innovative marketing strategies and the growing number of digital tools, I am very excited to apply for this program. My very much anticipated objective is to obtain the first-hand experience from people who are ready to share their reflections and knowledge on customer big data insights and how they drive the overall company performance.

I have obtained my Bachelor degree in Finance from Gabelli School of Business, NY in 2017 and a degree in Accounting from Nanjing University in 2012. I was in the top 5% of students by the overall performance. My rigorous academic training at both universities has provided me with a very strong background in the mathematical techniques required to successfully analyze sales, marketing, and customer relationship management key metrics. During my studies, I have developed special interest for the finance and marketing, because I perceive both disciplines to be concerned with building and maintaining a business strategy that leads to success. I was especially fascinated with the strategies companies used to adapt to changes in consumers expectations and needs and how they maintain profitable business in a rigorous environment. Innovative thinking has become a prerequisite for success in today's global environment, which is saturated with near clone products being sold by millions of comparable competitors. I deeply believe I can take a lot from your curriculum, particularly Finance for Marketing Decisions course covering the best practices of direct marketing. Im also excited about participating in a Digital Marketing course focusing on the emerging trends, such as behavioral targeting, online video, podcasting, user-generated content, and understanding the new power of customers based on their social connectivity and technology devices. I see that advanced study on these topics presents an exciting challenge which I want to pursue in my future.

My experience in a debating competition on campus has developed my communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills. Also, I enjoyed taking an active leadership role throughout my University years. In the capacity of Student Government Representative, I held accounting specialists meetings and organized advisory consulting meetings. During my internship experience in CITICS Securities, China Merchant Bank, Union Bank of Switzerland, and Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants I had the chance to understand the whole picture of operations needed to sell the product and advance in marketing. Working during several consequent summers with those organizations, I matured in solid understanding of loans/credit products, auditing, consultancy, as well as maintaining effective communication and making PPT presentations. My discussions with senior managers have brought me to realize that, in order to advance in my desired career, I need to understand how marketing contributes to the ability of a business to succeed and how it relates to a myriad of other functions, like research, production, finance, and accounting. The very existence of business depends upon successful products and services, which in turn rely on successful marketing.

I see this degree as a valuable asset and a tool to fulfill my career objective to work in product marketing and management team for the specialized marketing consulting company/advertising agency/public relations agency upon graduation. They are usually in a great need of marketing research, marketing analytics, and strategy consultants.

I wish to lead the product marketing and management team in one of the worlds largest financial companies, supervising a group of 5-10. Striving to promote myself within the organization, I wish to become the Vice President of Marketing in the respective segment, supervising several dozens of employees.

I wish to say, sincerely, that in my opinion New York University School of Professional Studies will fulfill my objectives optimally. It has the qualities that best fit my expectations, objective, and background. The more I hear and read about New York University School of Professional Studies the more I feel I belong there; it is considered one of the best schools for preparing leaders responsible for the marketing strategy and initiating compelling marketing campaigns. Graduates gain excellent placement services and networking opportunities. I believe that on this way I will express my talents and interests to the fullest and contribute to the societys prosperity. I believe, my analytical, leadership, and technical skills will enable me to make a contribution and be a part of a valuable network of professionals.
