Just like many other application forms, both the OFID vacancies application forms and that of the United Nations require that an individual fill in the background details that include the Name, location and other important aspects of life that are important. Moreover, both the forms require the applicant fills in a contact information section that makes it easy to communicate with the applicant whenever there is a need. Additionally, both the forms require that the applicant fills in his education information which is fundamentally an essential requirement in looking for a job. Both the two forms need a vacancy number which is the easiest way of monitoring the number of applicants. Nonetheless, the forms are also different in other ways depending on the structure and requirements. From the general outlook, it is evident that the OFID vacancies application form are a bit detailed as it also requires that an individual gives brief descriptions of certain duties that come with the position of interest. This, however, is not the case with the United Nations form which is a bit shallow but straight to the point. Unlike the UN application form, the OFID vacancies application form provides for much more languages which the applicant can choose from. Moreover, it is notable that the two forms do not follow the same order. Additionally, it is easier to access the OFID vacancies application as compared to the United Nations one which requires a lot of applications to access. It is also notable that the UN vacancy application form is a bit longer compared to OFID form as it requires much information.

Comparison of World Bank Application Form With and Iaea

Similarities Differences

Like many other vacancy application forms, both the World Bank and IAEA vacancy application forms contain some of the most basic requirements of an application form. For instance, both provide a personal detail section that gives them a brief description of the applicant. Additionally, in both forms, the applicant has to fill in a contact information section which essentially allows them to communicate with the applicant in case of an interview or otherwise. Additionally, it is also evident that the two forms contain the education background section which essentially is the most significant requirement for a job application. The two forms are also given a head logo of the various organizations to indicate their authenticity to the applicants. Every organization has its structure of an application form. It is therefore notable that the two forms are different from each other both structurally and regarding the information required. Unlike the World Bank form, the one for IAEA is a bit shorter and with a simpler format that many applicants can easily do with. Additionally, it is also notable that the IAEA form gives the applicant the liberty to add any other relevant information which is not the case with the World Bank form. As for the World Bank vacancy application form, the requirements are strictly outlined. It is also notable that the IAEA form only provides space for three referees which are not the same with the world bank application form which gives the applicant the liberty to list a considerable number of referees As they may so wish. Therefore, it is evident that the two forms differ in many ways both regarding structure and content as outlined by Tyler, (2013).
