The war took place between the Kingdoms of the Mycenaean Greece and Troy

The Trojan War was fought among the Greeks and the defenders of the Troy city in Anatolia during the late Bronze period.

It is known that the war occurred during the 13th century BCE.

The war was sparked off by the abduction of Queen Helen of the Sparta.

Menelaus, the jilted husband of the Helen, engaged in the discussion with his brother Agamemnon and convinced him to make sure that he retrieved her through the expedition.

The Agamemnon troops were not happy with the Abduction of prince Hellen, and thus they searched for her.

Accordingly, Agamemnon together with Greek heroes such as Odysseus, Nestor and Ajax went with the fleet of ships which was believed to be more than a thousand to the Hellenic world to retrieved Queen Helen of the Sparta.

The siege consists of battles and skirmishes which included the storied deaths of the Trojan Prince Hector.

It is believed that the war lasted for more than ten years until the time when the Greek armies left the camp.
