Cloud computing is a data innovation paradigm, a model for empowering ubiquitous access to shared pools of configurable resources. Cloud computing allows clients and businesses with different computing capacities to store and processes information in a privately-owned cloud, or third-party server situated in an information center - hence making data-accessing systems more proficient and solid. Cloud computing ensures that there is sharing of resources to achieve economy of scale and coherence, like a utility (Hanna 8).

Technology companies like Alibaba and Amazon have utilized cloud computing which consequently enabled businesses to get their applications up and running faster, with enhanced manageability and less support, and that it empowered the IT teams, to modify resources to meet fluctuating business demand quickly.

Alibaba Ecosystem

The Alibaba ecosystem comprises of national (China-China) and global commercial market, discount retailers, cloud services, payment services, marketing platforms, and logistics operatorsall with the objective of making it less demanding for merchants to work together anywhere. Their differential business model is a part of Alibaba's global vision, local win mindset, which guides their expansion strategy not simply to comprehend local markets but rather to adjust and serve them with the aim of conveying value to local businesses and buyers (Greeven 56).

For example, the development of the ecosystem platform on Alibaba's Taobao platform has empowered merchants to post goods on virtual shops for purchasers to peruse and buy while simultaneously utilizing Alipay, a third-party payment provider. Additionally, the ecosystem has allowed little merchants to set up stores using Taobao's storefront promotional, marketing and designs to make decisions. The Taobao's massive data technology innovation was utilized to recognize counterfeit merchandise and phony transactions while simultaneously using Alipay's escrow in enabling a purchaser to pay for the things when they are satisfied (Guo 68). Notably, what Alibaba offers is more on the retail side, satisfying organizations who need to relate to different organizations for goods supplies, or purchasers who need to purchase or provide personal products.

Amazon Ecosystem

Amazon e-commerce system has built up its services, with a variety of platforms strategically extending their surrounding services and commerce engine from advertising and promotion tech, marketing, and logistics Remarkably, Amazon is achieving getting close to their client and investing further in the very non-virtual world of warehousing and conveyance. Amazon has figured out how to make a broad system of services and tools in this part too, drawing in customers beyond e-commerce platform. For example, Amazon's ecosystem system has empowered customers to search within Amazon, taking a look at items and surveys from a trusted source that Amazon is incredibly outstanding (Dost 27). In this way, customers will either utilize Amazon to buy it or go over to a brand site to take a look at different items from that brand. Another tool that Amazon has introduced is Echo, which enables clients to control connected gadgets through a voice-actuated personal aide Alexa. In essence, the tools and services that Amazon ecosystem provides make the company successful in ensuring that the consumers are satisfied with the services rendered.

Conclusion

Therefore, the robust ecosystems of both Amazon and Alibaba have been beneficial since the companies can leverage familiar systems and familiar teams that utilize common processes (Yu 109). Although there can be technical problems occasionally, it is important to note that e-commerce ecosystem will continue to grow and thus, faster customer services will be experienced as years go.
