Children are active for the most part of the day which is important for their health [3]. Exercise contributes to the healthy development and helps reduce the possibility of having chronic diseases in their lives. Children also learn how to interact with others while they are on the playground [9]. Despite the advantages active physical activity has on the health of children, learning institutions are continuously reducing or doing away with the activities that help promote motions in the playground. One of the best interventions that can help salvage the situation is introduction of fit for pisa [8]. In Germany, some schools have resolved to include the physical education in the learning institutions which they allow the students to play as much as they want each day. The schools adopting the program have made it a must for their students to have the Physical Education (PE) lessons. Every student is supposed to take part in the lesson. The target groups for the intervention program are the young children who are below ten years of age. These children are the stage where their bodies develop at a fast pace which means they have more energy to burn [8]. In general, all primary school students form part of the target group with the state guidelines adopting it in the curriculum content released to all learning institutions. The fact that the state which makes policies that guide the country recognizes the role PE has on the development of the children, then it becomes an assurance that learners in primary schools need the activities on a daily basis [2].

The PE lessons are meant to help the learners targeting the improvement of their motor skills and reduce the occurrence of disorders brought by being stagnant in one place for too long. Further, learners become knowledgeable in different sports theories in relation to the effects the plays have on their physical and psychological wellbeing [7]. The form of access chosen enables each state to develop their curricula. This gives them the chance to incorporate diverse ideas for the benefit of the child. It is their responsibility to design a program that accommodates the special needs of the different students under their care [10]. Due to this freedom to develop the PE programs, the interventions of including physical education are sustainable. The advantages students get from the knowledge instilled in them lasts for a long time. It may mentor some of them to develop their talents in sports.

It is possible to expand and customize the PAKT intervention program in different learning institutions as long as the teachers and students are willing to participate. Participating children can talk about the experience created during the physical education activities [11]. For instance, during the introduction phase, programmers can monitor the primary schools closely until they have confidence they can sustain the activities on their own. Special children with diverse needs can have activities in the program that support their different abilities. PE helps regulate the behavior of children as it helps direct their minds and energy into a constructive activity taking their attention for some time [3]. They become used to the activities and start looking forward to them on a daily basis. Further, it is easy to identify a child with a health condition early so that they can receive treatment. For instance, an active child may develop a condition that requires the intervention of medical experts.

Networking with other institutions help in exchanging ideas by identifying activities that contribute to the wellbeing of the children more than others. It also ensures that teachers are introducing the right activities for the children at the right stage based on their ages [1]. Maximizing on the activities help formulate exercises for children of different age groups. The comparison through interaction allows the teachers change the settings into a generally accepted format that has the ability to activate the minds of the children more than others [6]. Schools receiving the training on new ideas of how to out PE meet the carrier charges which are fair to them.

The results reveal that meetings with teachers regularly helps improve the programs implemented at their respective schools. The meetings provide an opportunity for them to discuss the issues they might be having with the children and the responses they receive from the learners [5]. Further, it provides a chance to brainstorm and come up with ideas on how they can improve the learning environment for the students under their care. The teachers receive some checklists so that they can keep track of every activity taking place in their learning institutions. During each lesson, they record what happened and the response learners had on a new idea. Once the teachers meet with their supervisors, they are equipped to identify underlying issues that might lead to deviations from the main goal [4].PE intervention programs keep the children active which helps reduce the possibility of developing obesity among children. With the increase of unhealthy foods intake among young children, then there is a risk they might develop lifestyle diseases preserved for people who are more advanced in age. Medical experts working with schools and in charge of the public health suggest that children need to work out so that the energy from foods they consume is burned down. With this, they develop a program and timetable where they will always exercise whether they are under the watch of their teachers or at home. It also means that once the students leave the primary school level, there is a high chance that they will have developed the inner motivation to maintain their health.

Family based intervention programs assist the children to keep healthy through the participation of their parents. For instance, the teachers can introduce such ideas during meetings with parents. This helps keep the children active even during the school holidays which in turn keeps lifestyle diseases like obesity at bay. PAKT programs become the foundation which kindergarten children use to exercise [12]. One competitive advantage of this program is that it can be used in different learning institutions with limited resources to implement the directives. This is because the teachers can use the available materials and customize the program guidelines to fit the needs of the students. Areas with low literacy levels can include the PAKT programs in their curriculums as they target the health wellbeing of the students. This helps ensure that learners never miss school due to health issues. Strategies employed include teaching the children how to look after their health like through eating a balanced diet while doing exercises whether in school or not.
